This policy explains what personal data AxMana collects when you visit this website or talk to us, why we use it, and the choices you have.

  1. 1. Who we are

AxMana is the controller of the personal data described in this policy: we decide how and why it is used.

  2. 2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website and to work with you:

    • Contact details you give us when you get in touch: your name, phone number, email address and company.
    • What you tell us about your business, such as your Amazon account details, sales figures and goals, when we prepare an audit or proposal.
    • Technical data our hosting provider records when you load a page: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
  3. 3. How we use it

We use your data to reply to you, to prepare audits and proposals, to deliver the services you sign up for, and to keep the website secure and working.

Our legal bases are your consent, the steps needed to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions about you.

  4. 4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse. If we add other cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

  5. 5. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), scheduling, email and accounting tools, and only as far as they need it. They process it on our instructions.

Some providers store data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

  6. 6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to follow up with you, and client records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete or anonymise it.

  7. 7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.

  8. 8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
